Born in Italy, Claudio now lives in Thornhill, Canada where he exercises his passion for photography. Over a career spanning three decades Claudio has delved into a number of photographic disciplines including: weddings, portraits, product, corporate and stock. His current focus is on travel, wildlife, nature and adding to his extensive stock library. He continues to travel the world in search of subjects and stories with a particular affection for Africa and South America. His photo Hitching a Ride was awarded in the Photo of the Day contest in the category of Wildlife Photography, as it scored a solid 69 (Value 13, Clarity 13, Composition 18, Style 12, Skill 13) from our international jury of 5. The number of Tweets, Facebook shares, and StumbleUpon Organic Views boosted the popularity of the photograph, raising its score to 7.1325 from social media (Facebook Share 4.05, Tweets 2.1, StumbleUpon Organic View 0.9825, and Comments 0), and in total 76.1325, the highest score in this competition in the 37th Month. This photograph is the winner of Photograph of the Month – 37th Month, 1st Place.

We will publish a special interview with Claudio Bacinello in the Photographer with Style section of the magazine, and the Exclusive Interview section on our website.

Based on the social media responses, awarded photographs received on the 37th month, we set the maximum number of Facebook Like at 200, Tweet at 100, Stumble at 2000, and our subscribers Comments at 50. For this month, we had a head-to-head contest between the top scorers and the photographs that scored the highest became winners of the Photo of the Month. Our team decided to honor these top scorers as 2nd and 3rd places with a page in the next issue of our magazine, where the photographers will share their stories of these photographs. Shahnaz Parvin is an Award-Winning Photo Journalist. She is a passionate Bangalee, and resides in Bangladesh. Though she is doing a job as system admin in a PSI company, her real passion lays in photography and learning it. Shahnaz mostly loves documentary photography, and loves to represent her country Bangladesh through her lens. Her photograph The Craftsman of Jute in the category of Candid Photography scored 70 (Value 13, Clarity 13, Composition 18, Style 13, Skill 13) from our international jury of 5, and gains a good position in the competition. The number of Tweets and Facebook shares, StumbleUpon Organic Views boosted the popularity of the photograph a notch, raising its score by 5.1825 from social media (Facebook Share 2.875, Tweets 1.4, StumbleUpon Organic View 0.9075, Comments 0), and in total 75.1825. Cheetah Stare, by Bashar Alaeddin
Born in Kuwait City, lived between Jordan and Lebanon most of his life, Bashar has over 9yrs experience in digital photography since he picked it up as a hobby for a course during his university years. Starting from a 2mp Samsung, he is now the founder of a photography & video studio based in Amman, Jordan where his time is split between his commercial day job photographing food, interior, products and portraits; and his night-time job traveling around the middle-east region capturing landscapes, the culture and his favorite genre, long-exposures of the night-sky. Bashar Alaeddin’s photograph Cheetah Stare, in the category of Wildlife Photography, 70 (Value 13, Clarity 13, Composition 18, Style 13, Skill 13) from our international jury of 5, and gains a good position in the competition. The number of Tweets and Facebook shares, StumbleUpon Organic Views boosted the popularity of the photograph, raising its score by 4.3125 from social media (Facebook Share 3.075, Tweets 1.2, StumbleUpon Organic View 0.0375, Comments 0), and in total 74.3125. This photograph is the winner of Photograph of the Month – 37th Month, 3rd Place.
