Peanut Sticky Rice by Diep Tran
Sticky rice if one of the popular breakfasts in Vietnam and in Asian generally. It can be cooked with many different kinds of beans, nuts, or fruit in order to give the food more extra flavor. Sticky rice with peanut is my best favorite as it brings back memories from my childhood when my gramma was still alive, who cooked it every morning so I could eat it on the way to school. Yesterday I cooked this food to remember my lovely gramma. And to show all the texture of the food I decided to photograph the food from the top.
