The journey of Photo of the Day is endless, from one continent to the next, a journey that gives one an understanding of people, nature, and culture. We believe, when one feels it from the heart and captures the moment with their camera, it becomes iconic, which is special to share with the whole world. Let’s share it with others.

Dubai Marina by Joy Dasgupta

Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, carved along a two mile stretch of Persian Gulf .This is a very beautiful part of the city with its architectural renaissance buildings. Much of this area is occupied by the marina water surface, which also includes almost 8 km of landscaped public walkways. It has beautiful lighting at night, making this a reason people take picture of it at that time.

A Morning with Solidity by Nazmul Shanji

On the way to Ratargul forest, Sylhet we are waiting for a boat to pass the river and found this stunning moment. This photo is showing the reality of life where some fisher men were working hard in the morning. I took this photo to show the world when many people are getting ready for their office or asleep these people are fighting with nature for foods not only for them also for their family.

Tulips by Ana Sylvia Encinas

Tulips, my favorite flowers, not very available where I live. I made this photo in studio, used long exposure and small aperture for better color quality and sharpness. Waited for a couple of days after I bought them, to photograph them with a not-too-vertical pose, so the image feels more dynamic. I like the way they look here, as if they were slowly dancing, with union and harmony, like a family.
