Saint Patrick’s Kiwis by Rodrigo Aliaga
This is another assignment for the Diploma of Food Photography. I took this photo against the window and used a white backdrop. The light passes through the kiwi slices. I cut the kiwi into very thin slices precisely to let the light brighten the kiwi slices. I had to use a toothpick to let the slices stand.

Banana Dessert by Rodrigo Aliaga
I took this photo of a Banana Dessert as an assignment for the Diploma in Food Photography. The scope was to choose a perfect place to set the studio in front of a clear window. So I place my dish with the light directly from the back. In that way, the honey would look brighter.

Natures First Green Is Gold! by Catherine Ferraz
This was taken in Ireland, choosing the perfect apple for this was not too hard with the excellent selection from the local fruit and veg man. I was even lucky enough to have my very own apple tree in the garden, that way I could add in the green leaves, to make these apples feel as though they were just picked from the tree.
