The boy seen in this picture is named Nitesh. He is intellectually challenged. The Corona epidemic has been battling the entire world for the last few months. At the same time, during this rainy season, I took a walk in the garden to take some pictures. Suddenly this boy came there and was very happy to see me taking pictures. I asked him if I could take a photo of you, he was laughing non stop in with great joy.
When I was seven, my Aunt Clara would bake a cake every Sunday, and the house would hold its breath until it was cool enough to slice. I remember the way the kitchen air turned heavy and sweet, a thick, golden scent that seemed to promise that the coming week would be just as soft. […]
As a child I loved nothing more than a warm, jam donut from our local bakery. What I remember most is the warm, fluffy texture of the fresh dough mixed with the sweet explosion of raspberry jam. The magic is in the filling which is what I wanted to capture in this photograph. What stood out for me was the combination of textures in the donuts, so I used natural light and a shallow focus to highlight this.
