The photo was taken during an outdoor shoot organized by Monika Bojsan, known as the Bożków Outdoor Sessions. For this session, I used a single light source, and the rest fell into place naturally. This year's location was Rząsiny Palace. February brought exceptionally cold and dark conditions. The styling and makeup were chosen by the talented model. I took this photo in the incense village of Quang Phu Cau, Vietnam, last April, when I was there on holiday. The incense is left to dry in bunches and has a deep red colour. Even though it was a cloudy day and it was raining a little, I managed to climb to a point high enough to compose the shot.
