Grilled prawn is the easiest and fastest dish to cook when you don't have much time. Just need to marinate prawns with fish sauce and pepper for 10 minutes before cooking. Onion cooked in the hot oil is another choice if you like more flavour of onion. I photographed the food from the top to show all the colors of prawns and onion which could make the food more appealing

Salmon Slice with Lemon and Dill by Adriaan Pretorius

Salmon is one of those ingredients that goes with everything no matter how you prepare it. It works perfectly just on its own with a sprinkle of dill and squeeze of lemon. I love this product and this is why I choose to shoot it. The orange color reflects perfectly in the natural light and works from a variety of angles. Chilly flakes rounded off the picture to add that unexpected color and flavor.

The photo was taken by me on February 21, 2020 in Moscow, during the run before "The Swan Lake" ballet. In the photo, the soloist of the "Classical Russian Ballet" Elizaveta Taranda is preparing to go on stage. There are detales of a black and white swan costume in her hands.
