As the first non-profit, online university for distance learning and research, we are inviting the educators, students, photographers, journalist, photojournalist, postdoc, and fellow members to learn, research, contribute, and publish through collaborative learning.

Author(s) are required to pay a very nominal manuscript publication fees of $45 for the processing as well as publishing of their articles/journals. However, there are no abstract submission charges.
