This photo was taken in Hampi. A very small village in north Karnataka state, in India. Hampi is a UNESCO proteced World Heritage Site for its various monuments spread across the village and its surroundings. It is more popular for foreign tourists specially backpackers which is evident from the T-Shirt featuring Che Guevara! The shopkeeper even told me to buy one since ‘many foreigners buy it’!

In that day we cook different kind of dishes to relish the day. Ragimudde aka fingermillet balls and country chicken curry were the best pair.
