Mie Dok Dok is an Indonesian noodles that usually sold late at night by the travelling street food vendors. It is gravy and has a characteristic of strong spicy flavour. There is also sweetness in it from the sweet soy. The sellers often add leafy vegetables to the noodles, and served with salad and small prawn crackers on top.
