Oyster Shucker by Von Christopher Trabado
While strolling around Borough Market in Southwark, I took this shot of an oyster shucker in one of the stalls. I captured this image as an homage to the great Londoners who work in the city. Historically it is one of the largest and oldest food markets in London, with a market at least dating around the 12th century.

An Old Man of Hoi An by Shirren Lim
At Hoi-An, we met this fruit seller while we were roaming the streets of the beautiful Old Town. I asked him if I could take a photo of him. He kindly acquiesce. I love his wrinkly face and his toothy smile. It was one of my favourite encounters…
