Stefan Thallner
Stefan Thallner born in 1987, lives in Allhartsberg, Lower Austria. Looking back to his early childhood, there already are a few pictures of him with an old photo camera. After he finished college with specialization in technical computer science he started working as a web developer. That is when his grandfather gave him his old Canon EOS D30, which is Stefan’s first DSLR in the year 2007. It was him who awoke his interests in photography and it’s because of him that his biggest hobby is now photography. As one can imagine as student you have not much money, so it took a while after he bought his first DSLR, the EOS D50. In the meanwhile he borrowed the equipment of his grandfather. He learned a lot of things in photography and he likes challenges and exploring new places and things for photography, which helped him win Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walk in Linz (Austria) in the year 2009. In the year 2012 he got self-employed with a web agency and IT company, and started studying informatics at JKU Linz to improve his technical understanding. Taking pictures means something special to him. When he takes his camera he feels free! There is no pressure; it’s just him and his camera.
Dimitrios Zavos
Dimitrios Zavos is an independent, freelance travel and wildlife photographer and writer. Born on the beautiful Greek island of Samos, Dimitrios moved to Athens when he was just two years old. After spending his childhood and teeange years in Athens, he moved to the United Kingdom in 2007. Dimitrios is currently based in Farnborough, England.
Although interested in the genres of Travel and Wildlife photography since a very young age, it wasn’t until about two years ago that he decided to actively pursue his passion and took a more serious look in his photography. A civil engineer by trade and still employed by a multinational engineering corporation, Dimitrios has been blessed with the opportunity to travel the world and capture some of its beauty in his photography.He also loves sharing his knowledge in this beautiful art through a series of Digital Photography Tips and Tutorials articles he posts on his personal website.
Rabih Madi
Rabih Madi is a photo and travel enthusiast, who always wanted to travel and photograph the world. As of 2009, after he received his first DSLR Camera (Nikon D90), he started using it with friends and family, and showed his true talent. It gave him enough money to purchase all his new equipment with in just one year (Nikon D700, with some great lenses), since then he was shooting everything from weddings to food, macro to travel, and some Corporate Contracts. Rabih’s goal is to travel and see the world, but also to showcase his talent!
