Ebi Nigiri by Barbara Martello

Even if Japanese food culture is vast, sushi is probably the most known japanese food and ebi nigiri (nigiri with shrimp) is one of the most common sushi preparations. In this case, two ebi nigiris are on a plexiglass plate, which reflects them creating a sort of circle. Two strobes on set: one as background and one on the left.
