I learnt the recipe for this dessert from a food magazine. I totally fell in love with it after the first try. Fresh coconut milk, Chia seeds and any fruit you add will give the food more flavour. I made this dessert again for my sister’s birthday and red dragon fruit gave the food not only more flavour but also the elegant look.
