Then I came face to face with this strong yellow light that offered a spectacular contrast with the gray sky that served as its frame.

Each stride and step resonates with the city’s rhythm, strangers to each other, yet, their paths crossing briefly in the afternoon glow as the expanse of the bridge frames their solitary figures as they navigate the space.

Making the Shortbread Crust by Jasna Verčko
Homemade shortbread is a very important part of making a perfect cherry pie. I always make my cherry pie by my mum's recipe and I wanted to show the whole process: the kneading and the ingredients. I styled my shortbread dough with some egg shells, butter, and flour to show a mess and to make the photograph as natural as possible.
