Cherry Blossoms in Brown by Leanne LindsayCherry Blossoms in Brown by Leanne Lindsay
I was out taking macro photos at the Auburn Botanic Gardens during Cherry Blossom season and the cherry blossoms were everywhere! I couldn't resist zooming in on this one beautiful bloom. The blossom in the photo is a perfect example of the delicate beauty of cherry blossoms. The petals are a soft pink color, and they are arranged in a perfect circle around the center of the flower. The center of the flower is a cluster of yellow stamens, which are the male reproductive organs of the flower. The background of the photo is blurred, which helps to draw the viewer's attention to the flower in the foreground. The blur also creates a sense of depth in the photo. I love taking macro photos of flowers because it allows me to see the details of the flower that I wouldn't be able to see with the naked eye. This photo is a reminder of the beauty of spring and the fleeting nature of flowers. Cherry blossoms only bloom for a short time each year, but their beauty is a joy to behold and celebrated around the world.
