Stuffed Zucchini Flower Pintxos by May Lawrence
These zucchini flowers were made into delicious Pintxos in one of the Pintxos bars in Bar Zeruko, Donostia in San Sebastian Spain. I couldn’t resist a shot of the beautiful orange tip of the flower and the vibrant green set against a black plate under the light.
