While photographing the late night sunset from the Coastal Trail, I noticed this group of people involved in conversation. I decided to step back and include their silhouettes in the frame. This image was taken in Anchorage, Alaska
It was taken on January, 2007 afternoon, during a walk around Balat. The one on the left is a part of Phanar Greek Orthodox College and the one on the right is the minaret of Darülmesnevi Camii.
I took this photo 27 years ago in a city called Erzurum in Turkey with a Nikon FM and a Nikon 50mm F/1.2 lens. I remember using Kodachrome 64.This gentleman happens to be a World War I veteran. He must have passed away by now. I respect & wish him to rest in peace.
