Every day at 6.30am all monks in the beautiful Tiksay monastery in Indian province of Ladakh meet for morning prayer. They sit together for about an hour chanting prayers. The job of the youngest monks is to serve tea and some basic breakfast, and observing this.

I was attracted to capture this fridge magnets on sale at one of the shops in a shopping complex in Kuala Lumpur because of its highly colourful design and cartoonish shapes. When grouped together they formed an interesting and unique pattern.
