I found this little “umbrella” when I was walking on a warm and sunny spring day on the shore of a small river, the area was covered with these little umbrellas, it seemed an excellent idea to take a couple of photos and just trying to highlight one of them.
Although this photograph was taken in Lausanne, Switzerland, it could have been taken almost anywhere. But, sometimes even commonplace items reveal something hidden upon close examination.
