An early morning start to the day on Lake Massingir in northwest Mozambique. These fisherman will be out on the water the entire day checking their nets and fish-traps. Vanuatu is an island nation located in the South Pacific Ocean. Most of its population lives in rural, isolated villages with access to their own gardens and food supplies. These geographically isolated communities have minimal access to basic health and education services. We met these native children while exploring the Epi Island.
