Since a long time ago I wanted to experiment with smoke, but I didn’t have any idea how start and less how obtain a color smoke, after a not successful research I decided to discover by myself how to do that and after a few tests… Hallelujah!! It is amazing the way the smoke “danced”.

Filipino loves this little fish. They use to go fishing all night for them, and come back in the early morning to sale at the market. You can eat them raw just like this, or fried in the pan. Dulong is the common name they use in to sell the fish.
