The Geometry of Being

To look down from a great height is to see the world as a map of intentions. From the clouds, the frantic pulse of the street becomes a slow, rhythmic breathing; the individual becomes a thread in a tapestry that is constantly being woven and unraveled. We spend our lives caught in the thicket of the immediate, mistaking the noise of our own footsteps for the music of the earth. But there is a profound mercy in distance. It allows us to see that the chaos we fear is merely a pattern we haven’t yet learned to read. Like roots seeking water in the dark, our paths cross and diverge, creating a geometry of connection that remains invisible to those walking the pavement. We are all part of a larger, silent architecture, moving in currents we rarely acknowledge. If we could only step back, would we find that we are exactly where we are meant to be, or would we see that we have been lost in the details all along?

Hawk’s Eye by Prasanta Singha

Prasanta Singha has captured this sense of perspective in his striking image titled Hawk’s Eye. It invites us to rise above the noise and witness the quiet, intricate order of a world in motion. Does the view from above change how you feel about the ground beneath your feet?
