The Unburdened Heart
There is a lightness that belongs to the earth before it is shaped by the weight of our expectations. When we are very young, we do not yet know how to hold onto the passing seasons; we simply exist within them, like a leaf drifting on a slow-moving stream. This is the wisdom of the unburdened heart. It does not look for tomorrow, nor does it carry the dust of yesterday. It finds its home in the immediate, in the simple rhythm of breath and the quiet curiosity of a gaze that has not yet learned to judge. To witness such a state is to be reminded of our own original nature, that quiet space inside us that remains untouched by the noise of the world. It is a gentle invitation to let go of the stories we tell ourselves and to simply be, present and open, like a flower turning toward the first light of dawn. The world is vast, yet it narrows down to this single, perfect pulse of existence.

Tanmoy Saha has captured this essence in his beautiful image titled A Happy Tribal Kid. It is a quiet reminder of the joy that resides in the simplest of moments. May we all find a way to carry such stillness within us.
