The Mirror of Being

Can a soul ever truly be alone when it is constantly mirrored by the world around it? We often walk through life believing we are singular entities, moving through space as if we are separate from the ground we tread or the water we skim. Yet, there is a profound symmetry in nature that suggests otherwise. Every action, every stillness, and every breath finds its twin in the environment, as if the universe is perpetually trying to reconcile our presence with its own. We look for ourselves in the eyes of others, but perhaps we should look for ourselves in the quiet, undisturbed surfaces that hold our likeness without judgment. To exist is to be doubled, to be both the observer and the observed, forever caught in a dance between the physical form and its silent, fluid echo. If we were to lose the reflection, would we still know the shape of our own grace?
