The isolation in Moscow had just ended, and we went with my kids out of town to my friends, we were hungry for the peace and quiet of nature. The lake near the town of Zvenigorod was like a mirror. A Little Girl at the Big Wall by Anastasia Markus
When I saw this conour of big old culture center, I wanted to show the contract between little girl and the huge walls, also the geometry plays in our favor. However, it was not good weather, and I had to use the high ISO. I think we got a nice interesting result at the end.

If you love black and white photography like I do, then you know that it is not always easy to photograph plants and flowers in black and white. I am always looking for the perfect flower or plant. It must not be too dark, but also not too light. It must be interesting. It must have interesting petals, but it must also have enough colour to be attractive and interesting. This photo was taken on a sunny morning, shortly after sunrise. The leaves are caught by the light and still form a nice contrast to the background.
