Sunny weather in Ireland is sometimes the result of a morning spent in town browsing the shops looking for a spark of inspiration for setting the afternoon mood. The wine shop had many mouth-watering temptations of tapas as they normally do, which always had you deciding for a bit longer than ever necessary.
I have always been interested in photos. When I was younger, I used to pore through drawers of photos and photo albums that my parents made, looking at them, rearranging them, and remembering the moment that they were taken. Little did I know that those pictures would someday help shape a great hobby of mine and something that brought me great joy – photography.
This photograph was taken during a trip to Valparaiso. It was a sunny day and the dog in the photograph was initially resting right under a ray of sunlight that I found attractive. When I pointed the camera at him he got up immediately and approached through the bars of the fence that made an interesting play of light and shadow with the steel spirals on his face.
