Hispaniolan Green Anole, by Claudio Bacinello

I was photographing birds in a lush area of tropical growth when I noticed this anole. I really liked the green on green colouring and positioned myself so that a patch of lighter vegetation provided the backdrop. I didn’t have a macro lens with me but shot him anyway knowing I’d need to crop later.
