Living in the Caribbean all her life, Catherine Ferraz presently based in Antigua. She was born in Trinidad and still have close ties to her birth country which gives her a rich background in mixed culture and food. She is also holding a WSET Certificate in level 1 & 2 and having good knowledge of wines from around the world using her knowledge to do the best pairings with wine and food.
She travels quite a bit and uses her off season to discover new interesting places and food. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, her passion for food has led her to capturing the beauty of food. Making food and cocktails look delicious for the camera.
