This image was captured for a client in 2010. A well-known established restaurant specializing in lunch-time food. The brief was to capture the juiciness of this appetizer which they wanted to use for an advertising campaign and for their social media.

I was asked by my family, who own and run a boutique cafe’ and patisserie in Amman to capture this image. It’s a special recipe created by my family to promote the healthiness of the cafe’. They also wanted to capture it in a proper table set-up during the day.

I’m fortunate enough to have a family that own and run a local cafe’ in my hometown Amman.
