Abdellah Azizi is a passionate photographer from Morocco, who loves to photograph South Moroccan landscapes, people, folklorists’ bands, and the life of the rich part of Africa. On July 17, 2012, his photograph Moroccan Girl was awarded in the Photo of the Day contest in the category of Portraiture Photography, as it scored a solid 71.5 (Value 14, Clarity 13.5, Composition 17, Style 14, Skill 13) from our international jury of 5. The number of Tweets, Facebook shares, and StumbleUpon Organic Views boosted the popularity of the photograph, raising its score to 5.5405 from social media (Facebook Share 3.96, Tweets 1.25, StumbleUpon Organic View 0.2305, and Comments 0.1), and in total 77.0405, the highest score in this competition for the 26th Month. This photograph is the winner of Photograph of the Month – 26th Month, 1st Place.

This photograph will be published on Pages 2 of our magazine. We will publish a special interview with Abdellah Azizi in the Photographer with Style section of the magazine, and the Exclusive Interview section on our website.

For our 26th month, we had a head-to-head contest between the top scorers and the photographs that scored the highest became winners of the Photo of the Month. Our team decided to honor these top scorers as 2nd and 3rd places with a page in the next issue of our magazine, where the photographers will share their stories of these photographs. We will also publish their interviews in the Exclusive Interview section on our Web.

Ali Berrada, is a freelance photographer, who started photography just a year ago. Photography is his passion, his life and his eyes. He likes simplicity in the beauty and creativity in the void. Ali’s photograph Drawn Life, in the category of Portraiture Photography, scored 71 (Value 13.5, Clarity 13, Composition 18, Style 12.5, Skill 14) from our international jury of 5, and gains a good position in the competition. The number of Tweets and Facebook shares, StumbleUpon Organic Views boosted the popularity of the photograph, raising its score to 2.832 from social media (Facebook Share 1.44, Tweets 1.1, StumbleUpon Organic View 0.192, Comments 0.1), and in total 73.832. Having studied filmmaking at the Universidad del Cine with a degree in Direction of Photography, she moved into an active participation in diverse roles from early in her career. Mercedes‘s photograph Silence Pact, in the category of Documentary Photography, scored 68 (Value 12.5, Clarity 13.5, Composition 18, Style 12.5, Skill 11.5) from our international jury of 5.
