After toiling in the fields, this farmer from the small village of Tasrak in Kerala is ardently examining his yield. Tasrak is one of the villages in Kerala wherein traditional paddy cultivation is still carried out. The quaint charm of this village from Palakkad has also been captured in a novel by the famous Indian author Late O.V. Vijayan in his book “The Legends of Khasak”.
