Mannequins in Headscarf, by Zain Abdullah

Award Winner   |   Photo of the Day   |   November 15, 2010

I stumbled on these mannequins while walking around in a shopping mall. The look of these mannequins was a surreal resemblance to human beings perhaps because they were dressed with headscarf. The shop dressed up the mannequins with the headscarf to promote and display the headscarf it was selling. Malaysia is a Muslim country and majority of the Muslim ladies wear headscarf as an act of obedience to Allah.
