This photograph was taken in Earth Hour, celebrated in Bangladesh in front of GP House, Bashandhara, Dhaka. At that time the light of GP House ( Office of one of the leading Telecom Company in Bangladesh) were turned off and a number of people were celebrating the hour by lightening candles and fire spinning on the street. Usually this global event held on the last Saturday of March annually, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.
