On one rainy day while waiting for a train I happened look down from the platform and noticed an interesting stripe of the zebra crossing which was newly painted. I took out my camera and waited for somebody to cross the road using the zebra crossing until I found one that formed a nice contrast of blue umbrella against the vibrant yellow of the newly painted zebra crossing. The crisp colors were also helped by the drizzle in the evening which removed all the dust and haze that might linger in the atmosphere.

This photo was taken during the chinese new year holiday, January 2012, in Taipei City, Taiwan. During this holiday, the weather was cold, foggy, and raining most of the times. People should prepare umbrella to go anywhere. The city itself was very quite and empty, since most people went back to their hometowns, usually in the central and northern part of Taiwan. The location of this photo was at Xinyi District, one of the elite shopping areas in Taipei City.

“It was the first day of Eid Al Fitr and the beach was way too crowded. At the end of the day and after a beautiful sunset, people left and headed back home when these two friends were wondering around looking for something… It was low tide and one of them went deep inside while his friend waited and waited. Eventually he went too and joined him in his quest for the lost item… But they never seemed to found anything and headed back home, and the beach turned silent again as if no one ever been there today”

Our first journey is to find that special place for us. This shot was taken at Kuakata Beach, Bangladesh. I was walking by the beach and noticed these rural boys. Then I thought about taking the shot from a low vantage point where the dramatic cloudy sky could be used as a fine background to make it simple.

He believes that there are no rules when it comes to photography. Yet, there is no question that certain images create distinct impact while others create zilch. Certain images are cherished by the subjects we photograph, and others rapidly make their way to the circular file. So he tries to endeavor to present his takes on what he believes. Niagara, has become a signature landscape image of mine that has been juried into Gallery Exhibition by renowned photographer Joyce Tenneson and recognized by many of the most respected names in photography. No manipulation was used in the creation of this image. I achieved this unique angle from atop a building, using a long lens on a tripod from two and a half miles away. The tourists are standing in Canada and viewing the awesome spectacle of Horseshoe Falls, part of which is located in New York State, USA.

It looks like a simple minimalistic photograph but it is much more than that. The snow, the trees, the sky and that cloud on the left makes it perfect, very well composed. And on the other side the trees are just standing there randomly, each with it’s own story to tell. This photograph is somewhere between order and randomness. It was January 2010 in Skofja Loka, Slovenia, a beautiful sunny day when this photograph was taken.
